Terms of Service

These terms apply to JaNiya’s Study Lab, a personal biomedical-sciences study application operated by JaNiya Ulysse. This public information site describes the service; access to it does not grant access to the private application.

Using the service

The application supports organizing study materials, learning and review. Use it lawfully and only through access you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the content you upload, including having the necessary rights and permissions and respecting course, institution, copyright and confidentiality requirements. Do not upload content you are prohibited from sharing or processing.

Optional Google Drive integration

You may choose to authorize Google Drive access to copy and organize eligible Study Lab materials in a selected Drive destination. Google’s own terms also apply to its services. You control authorization and destination-folder sharing settings and may revoke access through Google Account settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete stored records or existing copies; see the Privacy Policy.

Educational use

The service and generated study content are for educational use. They may contain errors or omissions. Verify important information against authoritative course and professional sources. The service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not guarantee grades, examination results or professional qualifications.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, successful synchronization or error-free content. Features may change, and interruptions or data loss may occur. Keep independent copies of important materials.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost data, lost opportunities or interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
